At Palm Pals, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
